Key Responsibility description 关键职责描述

1、Supplier selection: 供应商选择

-Plan and execute source evaluations at potential suppliers. Check action plans and monitor the implementation of countermeasures at the suppliers. Final evaluation and recommendation to SAC (Sourcing Approval Committee) in order to ensure that supplier’s capacity and quality meet BDNT’s quality standards.

策划、实施供应商资源评估。检查供应商整改计划并监控供应商处的整改措施实施情况。将最终的评估和建议在采购委员会上汇报,从而保证供应商能力,以便符合BDNT品质要求和标准

2、Preventive quality management: 预防性的质量管理

Evaluate potential risks of supplied parts and their production process in the phase of product and process development. Focus on critical products and suppliers. Select and use appropriate difficult quality methods, tools and standards. Cooperate cross functional with development, testing, purchasing and production in function teams to solve complex issues, in order to improve the quality of supplied parts before SOP. 在产品和过程开发阶段,评估供应商供应零部件以及生产制程潜在的风险。将工作重点放在关键的产品和供应商管理上。

选择使用适宜的质量方法、工具、以及标准。

3、Process audits at suppliers: 供应商过程审核

Execute and lead preventive and reactive process audits to ensure stable processes in the start up phase to determine the quality of supplier’s production processes. Define, monitor, report and document improvement activities to develop and ensure the quality capability of suppliers.

为了确保供应商生产过程启动阶段的生产过程稳定性,实施并主导积极的预防性的过程审核。明确、监控、报告并存档供应商改善活动,确保供应商的质量能力。

4、Production process and product release: 生产过程及产品的放行

-Coordinate, control and release the product quality regarding complex requirements (i.e. drawings and specifications) and the ability of the production process to achieve a permanent high level of quality.

-Train, support and assist the suppliers in the preparation of documents regarding prototype, OTS- and Initial samples including reports. Plan, execute and monitor the PPAP process internally and externally including documentation of the results; Inspect the delivered PT parts as well as the PPAP parts (according to responsibility matrix), also in the case the production location change.

-Evaluate and support FMEA (D and P). Develop concepts and measures to improve quality, make decisions and ensure the implementation.

协调、控制并放行产品质量,其涉及到复杂的质量要求(如图纸、规格说明书)以及生产过程能力,目的是实现永久的高质量水平。

5、Handshake parts: 零部件移交

-Handover of responsibility for parts after SOP (Handshake) to BYD A Quality. In order to provide information to allow BYD A to handle suppliers during series phase.

将SOP后零部件管理的责任移交给BYD A品质部门。

6、Claim process: 索赔流程

-Handle critical and complex claims before handshake and in the ramp up phase. Initiate failure analysis (8D-report) including corrective action plans and containment actions. Support BYD Quality after handshake for critical claims of supplied parts.

-In order to improve the quality of supplied parts and prevent reoccurrence.

在零部件移交前以及爬坡阶段处理关键的和复杂的索赔。负责最初的失效分析(8D报告),包括纠正措施和围堵措施。在移交后,针对供应零部件的关键索赔为BYD品质部门提供支持。

Key Responsibility description关键职责描述

1、Drive Analysis of field/warranty failures 售后质保索赔分析

-Organize and drive the necessary processes to analyze the field and warranty failures together with a cross functional team (R&D, BYD Qaulity Dept., Aftersales, SQE) and the supplier. If necessary involve third part support (e.g. a lab with the necessary equipment). Provide a fast feedback to production and supplier and track the problem solving process.

4、Supporting supplier management 供应商管理支援

Execute the necessary supplier development activities and an evaluate changes of product/processes together with the supplier and other departments. Execute VDA6.3 audits at the supplier site to ensure their capability for field parts analysis. Define, control and report measures in order to secure and the analysis quality ability of suppliers.

-Organize and drive the necessary processes to analyze the field and warranty failures together with a cross functional team (R&D, BYD Qaulity Dept., Aftersales, SQE) and the supplier. 3、Supplier Management 供应商管理

-Collect supplier’s development schedule and progress information regarding airbag components, participate regular meeting with supplier to solve the problems occurred in order to ensure the product quality and on-time delivery.

收集供应商关于被动安全产品的开发计划及开发进度的相关信息,参加与供应商的定期会议来解决出现的问题以确保产品质量和及时供货。

4、Reporting / Information Exchange 汇报及信息互通

-Regular status report to the team leader; prepare materials for meetings; share and exchange information within

department in order to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

定期向小组领导汇报项目进度,准备会议材料,保持部门内部信息的共享与互通以确保项目的顺利进行。

5、Cross-function Work 跨部门工作

-Support and coordinate with other related department, share technical information, get mutual understanding and alignment in order to ensure the project can be accomplished successfully within the schedule.

支援并配合其他相关部门,分享技术信息,获得共同理解并达成共识以确保项目在开发计划内成功完成。
